Who to contact
Vehicle Welding Services, Longridge, West Lothian, is responsible for the information you give it when discussing work. Contact Calum MacBrayne on 07512 561152 or weldingrepairswestlothian@mail.com about your enquiry or your personal information.
Phone and email enquiries
When you call or email, you may provide your name, contact details, vehicle or component details and information about the work you need. Calum uses this information to answer your enquiry, discuss the proposed work and arrange any agreed service. The information comes directly from you. Please avoid sending passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information.
Information needed to discuss and arrange a service is used to take steps at your request before entering a contract, and to carry out agreed work. Responding to general enquiries and keeping the website secure supports the business's legitimate interests. Information may also need to be kept where a legal obligation applies.
Website hosting and technical information
Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website. Technical information such as your IP address, browser information and requested pages can be processed to deliver and secure the service. AIListings maintains the website. Phone and email enquiries are handled directly by Calum and his communication providers.
No analytics or advertising scripts have been added. The online form, website enquiry storage and automatic email notifications are disabled. This site does not submit an enquiry to a database when you use the phone or email links.
Keeping and protecting information
Enquiry details are used while responding to your request and arranging any work. Records relating to agreed work or legal obligations may need to be kept longer. Ask Calum about the retention of a particular phone or email record or to request its deletion. This website cannot automatically delete information from an email inbox.
The prepared online-enquiry system has a 90-day storage policy, but that system is not active. A revised notice will explain it before online collection starts. Hosting and communication providers may process information in other countries under their applicable data-protection arrangements.
Your rights
You can contact Calum to ask about access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, or to request restriction or object to its use. Data portability may also apply. These rights depend on the circumstances and applicable obligations. You can raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office.
